Hes out of a coevers diamond/Master Imp Mare.

Currently standing at 14.2 hh and is rising 2 in Jan but he is a late May foal... Is this an average height for a horse this age or is he on the small side?

There isn't really an average height at any age. It depends on the height the mare was, and the height of the stallion. Keep in mind, he still has another 2 years of growing.
