what documentation do i need

I was on illness benefit for six mths last year then maternity for the remainder of the year this finishes on the 3rd jan what do i need to bring down to the social welfare regarding getting JSA or JSB dont know which one i will be entitled too also how long is the wait in dublin?? or should it be simple enough

PPS Number, Photo ID, Proof of Residence (Household Bill), Childs Birth Cert to claim for him/her. That'll usually be a good start to get claim taken.
