    • Please nominate for the Best Supporting Actor in 2010!
    • Only 2 nominations per person
    • You can justify your selections if you want, but don't criticise other peoples' selections
    • The movie must have been in Irish Cinemas between January 1st and December 31st 2010
    • This is the second of three nomination waves. The rest will follow over the next few days and weeks, followed by voting.

Tom Hardy (Inception) - It wasn't even that much of a role, but the guy just oozed charisma and screen presence.

Ben Kingsley (Shutter Island) - A great performance, I really didn't know what to think of the character, and I still don't. That's a testament to what Kingsley achieved with this character.

Andrew Garfield - The Social Network.

Great young actor. Showed tremendous diversity in ,"The Social Network".

Pierce Brosnan - The Ghost Writer

A career best from Pierce. I have to admit I didn't have a hell of a lot of respect for the guy's acting talents before this film. But he quite simply blew me away with his portrayal of fictional British PM Adam Lang. I saw him acting at a level I never thought he was capable of. If you were to read this film's screenplay you'd realize that you'd need someone extremely talented to play Lang, I think alot of previous Oscar winners couldn't even pull it off. It's a pity this film didn't get a release date in and around awards season. If it had I think we could be looking at a Irish nominee in the Best Supporting Actor category at the Oscars.
