Recomend a Celtic Artist

Well it's been a long time since I posted on Boards and the first time in Tattoos and Piercings I think. Looking to get a celtic style horse on my right shoulder blade and was just wondering if anyone could recomend an artist in Dublin. First tattoo so would like to talk it over with a few artists first. Cheers Gavin
