    Anyone ever been here? Its on Penrose Wharf and I think classes are starting in a few weeks.

    I have a bad back for a number of years and Pilates has been suggested to me. Is it mainly females that do it? :) I don't wanna be the only male at one of these classes. (Or maybe I do! :cool:)

    Hi, did classes there before, very good. Time i was there there were no men though...
