Waterford half preperation

    Have just entered the Waterford half as my first race ever.
    Have been following hal higdon novice 1(loosely) for the last 4 months or so,and everything has gone well so far.
    My quesstion is, what time should you be there before race start and when do you collect race number?
    Will they e-mail me before, also how many normally run this one.
    Thanks for any info.
