    the cold messed up my batteries on my panasonic 18v drills
    all of them
    anyone know how or where they can be fixed?

    Can you buy replacement batteries

    Batteries can only be recharged a finite number of times and cold may have just been last straw

    Did they get much use ? How old are they. Possibly there are Ni Cad or something like that.

    If you specify the model number you might be lucky and someone here might have a replacement for you-sorry personally cant help
