Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Down arrow Key on wireless keyboard doesn't work

    I have a wireless keyboard and the down key has stopped working. I haven't been throwing the keyboard about, it is always in the same place and well looked after. Is there anything I can do to fix it or would I be entitled to a replacement if I brought it to a Mac supplier? I bought the Mac this time last year.

    Is it possible any liquid spilled on it?

    If not, and the Mac is within warranty, then yeah they should replace it for you.
