We had some snow for a change, 8-10 cms overnight, it turned to drizzle about 0600h and is slowly turning to slush with a temperature of about 2 C.

There were reports of 30 cms further inland. Roads are not too bad, just a sloppy mess basically.

This is our second major snowfall here this winter, the first one was way back in mid-November, about a week before your first cold spell. Hmm. :cool:

Much the same as everywhere else its dark and damp here all day, little to no wind and no rain as of yet. By far the mildest day since late December, 9.7C earlier, down to 6.7C now.

The last few snow patches in the garden are finally gone, only those big mounds in car parks remaining now but they dont look like disappearing any time soon

Temp rose to 12c today and there was occasional rain/drizzle - but the last remnants of the snow piles still cling on. So I guess you could say we've had some snow cover continuously since November 27th!

Dry, windy sunny, temp 10C. The piles of snow (Nov 27 - Jan 12, RIP) finally gone.

Yesterday it hit 13.3C here, a full 1.5C higher than the Casement and Dub Airport Met stations down lower. Howz that?
