Jesus. What do you two be doing to your neighbours for ye to keep getting kicked our of your homes so you have to move?!

I think he's on the sex offender list. When the neighbours find out they run him out of the neighbourhood. That maybe just a rumour though ;)

Asssembly is fine as long as you didn't actually have to go to Ikea ;)

So, just back from a few days in Berlin and got some running in....

Sunday - 6 miles with CL at easy pace
Monday - 2 brisk miles on my own
Tuesday - 8 miles easy - We headed from our hotel and traced part of the marathon route before arriving at The Brandenburg Gates and doing a couple of loops of a section of the Tiergarten. Actually really happy to have the three days of running under my belt because we spent 3 days walking everywhere and my legs/feet were knackered come last night.

Pity about the result, but on the bright side at least you got your long run sorted for the week.

    I'm out of shape!

Monday - 8 miles at 7:56 pace - Went out with CL for this and I was going in and out of bouts of heavy breathing.... A bit like the way TRR is when he's doing the school run ;) I have a lot of work to do to get back in pre Boston shape!

    Tuesday - 3 miles at 8:30 pace

Stung by the grief I got for doing a 1.5 mile LSR I have reacted accordingly and run Monday and Tuesday. That's 11 miles in 2 days. I'm nailed on for my first 20 mile week EVER ;) The foot has just arrived back in having done 18 miles, that's 26 miles in 2 days. Big freakin deal.... I've got the tracksuit top to show I ran 100 miles in 24 hours ;):)

But wasn't he a very average individual who hung around much more successful and talented athletes thereby managing to claim the spoils of their victories??
    Oh, I see now...:pac:

Thursday - 3 @ 8:28 - Early run and really not in the mood for this. The splits were 8:51, 8:35 and 8:01 so at least they were going to right direction but it felt too tough. Must start wearing the HRM again and see what that's telling me.

Friday - 3 @ 8.30 - Weather was poor for this and although happy to get out the legs felt sh1te so abandoned the idea of the parkrun next morning.

Saturday A.M. - Drove out to St Annes in Raheny to watch CL, Momma-Stew and Frothy-The-Snowman run the Parkrun in the middle of their respective LSR's. Happpy report that CL won, I mean was first lady finisher, Momma-Stew won the silver, I mean was second lady finisher and Frothy had other things on his mind... Bishops Finger and Meanies!!

Saturday P.M. - LSR - 11 miles at 8:34 - Surprisingly good run.... Happy to get my biggest weekly mileage since October with 28 miles so far... Blocky, that's 28 FREAKIN MILES!! ;):)
