    Sure its amusing to read of inquiries about where the bus for Tallaght terminates and how does one tune in BBC4 on a Sky box but really its just a waste of someones time clearing up the confusion.

    Rename Help Desk as er Inquries Relating to the use of Boards, or preferably something snappier.

    They tried that before it didn't work iirc.

    Yep, as mentioned, it was tried before. It didn't work.

    There's also the inertia problem where half the users are going to refer to the forum as Help Desk for months after the name change.

    EDIT: This is also not a technical issue, hence it's probably better suited to somewhere like Feedback.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
