Heya my mother is getting an alert on her phone every time she makes a phone call. It displays Im not sure what is it or how to fix this? Any help welcome :)

It displays

Ciphering not provided by operator. Insecure transmission.

Im not sure what is it or how to fix this?

i'm not sure about the error but if you post yor phone model and your network someone might be familiar with the problem.

Reset the phone settings to factory settings, reset settings only, don't delete here data. She has a Sony?
