Letshost.ie wont return calls/emails since 23rd of December

    Hi,

    I requested my authentication code for transferring my domain name from letshost.ie on the 23rd of December. Its now the 3rd of January and theres still no reply or authentication code. I have called them, emailed them, opened support tickets with them and still nothing.

    Does anyone know if there is a legal amount of time in which they are meant to issue a authentication code? Or if there is someone to complain too?

    They must be just taking a long holiday, its all well in good, but my websites been down 10 days because of it.

    Probably best suited to Software & Web Development

    They probably are on holidays - and the timeframe may depend on the SLA in your contract with them
