Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Maths game for C64?

Can anyone help me identify a maths game that was on the C64 years ago?

I can't remember much about it except that it was made by the "commodore" label so my various searches so far have turned up naught with vague "maths + commdore" queries.

What I know is it was in the same range as this

as the box was done in a similar style , so the cover would have had the similar graphic style on the border (the green white blue scheme)

One thing I do remember it was done in a puzzle style so it had games like "magic squares" etc and I seem to remember a predominately brown on-screen colour scheme.

    All suggestions gratefully received.

Can't find any screen shots of these but could it be Math Manor, Operation Neptune, Munch Math (pacman style) or maybe number munchers. see pic

Yea I have this, have two copies actually. Got them in a lot with various games of the same ilk, chemistry, physics. Have never actually played them, still don't have a c64. I could take pics of the boxes if ya want?

Edit - this is it http://gb64.com/game.php?id=19679&d=33

Batari, Yeah that'd be great if you could.

(pdbhp, I don't think it's any of the ones you mention. There was no "wackyness" to it if you know what I mean - no sprites running around etc. Just simple "fill in the blank" with a number style gameplay,)

Thanks all for replying. In the end I went digging through countless boxes and found the actual tape. Here it is!

It was called NUMBER PUZZLER and came out in 1983 by "Commodore Business Machines (UK)"

No info at all online for it as far as I can see. I guess that makes me the world authority at this point. :)

(I especially like the two pissed off looking kids on the front cover.)
