    Friday 1st of April.....

    Just a light run on Friday, still tired after Wednesday so took it very easy. done 5km in 26mins, very relaxed.

    Saturday 2nd of April.....

    Still not feeling great but happy enough with the time/ distance.

    Done 10.4km in 46mins 56seconds. The weather was pretty changeable and went from raining to being to warm. As i said, still feeling a bit tired from Wednesday night.

    No running today, working to tomorrow night so no running. Will get something done on Tuesday night. Not long until the half marathon now, will be tough but looking forward to it. Need to get a few long slow runs done over the next few weeks, 10mile +
