Upload movie to sansa fuse media player

Hi, I have a sansa fuse mp3 and mp4 media player and am trying to upload a movie onto it. The movies I am trying to upload are in VLC format. Does anyone know how I can do this.

vlc is a player not a format. for sansa fuze you need to convert files to a specific format before transferring to the player.
