Always taking the good stuff!. Last event the streamers dumped on Naas and we got the scraps. Pass some over.

EDIT: Ok spoke to soon. The lamp on street confirms sleet! Not a chance of it sticking even if does snow mind.

If sleet was snow we'd be up to our....ankles in snow by now. It is pouring mightily here. Heavy vertical sleet. So near and yet so far! (+3C).

Here in Snowdonia (aka Firhouse - snow still not completely gone here, lying around dirty and forlorn and in piles looking sad and depressed......)
    There is NO snow
    Lashed for about 3 hours
    Temp is 2.6C
    Pressure 986
    Dry now

As it's dry better pour myself a wee one.......

Temp is going in the right direction, 2.6c DP 1.8c so if it drops another few degrees we might get something.

No - same here. What he means is the remains of the piles of snow from Christmas road clearances are still scattered about. Same here. But it's sleeting heavily at the moment.

In fact we've had snow lying or in piles here continuously since November 27th! Is this a record?

Some (mildly) exciting news from salubrious Sandyford; the temp had plummeted from +3C to +1C in this heavy sleet.
