I'm asking as the website gives conflicting information, saying NO for the non-immigrant visa payment, but YES for the Blanket L-1 supplementary payment. I'm about to book my Blanket L-1A appointment and would like to know first-hand from someone that's been there recently. Embassy Visa fees page...
