    The Building Energy Rating Certificate (BER) is a rating of a home's energy, rated in a similar manner to the energy performance of common household appliances, from A to G. BER Certificates are required by law, when you’re selling or renting, or on completion of a new building.

    2011 is my year. I'm using the free days from being put on a 3 day week to become a hypnotherapist. I'm working on a little project that will hopefully result in some TV work, and if the first two go well, I hope to put the proceeds into getting engaged :)
