    i live with my perents.24 and im after getting an application form saying i can get fuel allowance.are they taking the piss or am i able for it?

    We got pre-filled application too as my oh had a claim open longer than 15 months but were not elidgable due to means.

    You are not eligible for fuel allowance, as you are living with your parents.

    The exact reason for disallowance will be stated on the refusal form you received.
