    Hey,

    If you change your mortgage from interest and capital to just interest payments for a period do you still get the interest supplement/tax relief on the interest while you are paying interest only???

    Yes, it's based on the interest you pay on your mortgage, regardless if you're paying interest only or annuity basis

    thats what i thought. Just was expecting a claus in it that if ya didn't pay off capital.....
