Banking 365 slow?

Does anyone else find Banking365 to be shockingly slow on a regular basis. I'm trying to pay a bill but the service is so slow I'm afraid the site will keel over mid-transaction! This has been happening a lot lately and I'm a bit worried about the site. It's very amateurish.

The service has been crap since before Christmas when it was down for a couple of days and it was down on a couple of occasions since. That said, when it's up it's ok if you know what I mean, didn't find the response time a problem.
