It didnt finish 186 because of OT, finished 207.

5 out of 8 bets came in,unfortunately my biggest bet lost, which made me break even for the night..:o
wh havent paid out on any of their bets yet so will have to wait till later to find out for def..as it stands i broke even for the night exactly.:p

    Snooker Match Betting In Running
    John Higgins @ 6/4

    200

IN PLAY, Higgins is 2-0 down in frames.

Worlds number and my favorite player John Higgins faces Graeme Dott at 7pm. Dott is 10th in World ranking and tbh i dont think he stands a chance tonight. Higgins seems to be in great form. He has won 18 matches from 19 played in the last couple of months. He also won a tournament in Germany in November, after that he won the UK Championship final match. This sgowed his true character as a true profeesional and is fighting spirit. He looks to be confident and should easily dispose of Dott.

What time you take that? He just went money on in betfair there, 6/4 were great odds if you got the full 200 on at 6/4

Thats the difference between you and me,i knew he wasnt his usual self and bailed out.
You have to take the loss as much as the win,you should never chase losses.
It defines a good punter from a bad 1.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,853 ✭✭✭Kod-box

Lost a bit on that too, had him e/w to win it, and Selby aswell ffs, at least it will make Ronnies path a bit easier now, depending which Ronnie shows up.

He hurts me to this but its true:cool:

poor start, then when he gets himself in contention at 4-4 he just couldnt pot that brown ball by the cushion to go 5-4 up..
i wouldnt be so sure about ronnie,on his day he would beat any player with any hand but his attitude is a question and you never know what is preparation is and how seriously he is going to take the tournament..id lay him if he was 3.25 but at 4.0 i think its just about right as he is unstoppable when on form..

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,853 ✭✭✭Kod-box

Ive got him at 4/1, imo he'll be wanting some silverwear as its been a while and this tournament has been kind to him in the past, he could do with the ranking points too as he hasnt shown up for enough tournaments and could drop out of the top 16 if he doesnt start to wake up, if that does happen i could see him retiring tbh.

he isnt a patch on what he once used be, on recent appearances anyway,
thats why i question his passion for it anymore,i duno hes a hard fella to put a finger on..his days do look limited though...

He looked back to his best in the Premier League, but that shorter format suits him alot more, should be a cracking match anyway tomorrow against Mark Allen, two very attack minded players.
