B&B in Dundalk town centre

I am need of a nice, modern B&B in Dundalk town centre on Friday night.

Most I have found are 70 to 80 euro which is a bit expensive - might as well stay in a hotel for those prices..

Any recommendations?

Glengat is convenient and a decent B&B. Heard good reports on Innisfree as well.

Ivyhouse is not in town and pushing it a bit for someone who specifically asked about B&Bs in "Dundalk town centre".

Define outskirts.

Glengat is literally a 2 minute casual walk to the old shopping centre, 5 from the marshes and 5 from all the pubs in Park Street.

Add another 5 minutes max to Innisfree.
