Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    What are you afraid of? I hate heights and went up a 600 year old castle with slippy and pitch black stairs. Scared the bejesus out of me but def was a rush :D

    Go face a fear!

    That is a very good idea. I think you can not get a higher adrenalin rush than the one you get doing BASE jumping.

    If that is not practical and you find you do not like heights (quite a common thing I am told) you could try climbing. Not only is there a rush but the exercise makes you feel pretty good too.

    Depends on what equipment you have tbh. Some simple things you can do with the normal stuff you'd have around the house;

    Mountain biking - A bike, doesnt even need to be specialised, once its not a racing bike

    Going for a run - Nice adrenaline rush just after you break past the wall.

    Eh... Ill come back to this...food is ready :P

    I find power lifting gives you a great rush! Nothing better than pushing your body to the max!

    If you're over the age when you look silly on a skateboard, this is what you need to do: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=efaS1J72k1k
