    Yes but they talk about the guys who were arrested as if they are guilty. What if they have arrested the wrong guys and they get released ? They could sue for defamation - people could have seen them get arrested etc.

    Its a bit vague but considering they mention 2 men and then go on to say "both men...." etc.. they really should have "allegedly" in there
