Can't get in contact with PRTB

Hey all, I've been trying to get in contact with PRTB for the last two days. Have been ringing and ringing and ringing, but no answer. Has anybody managed to get hold of them recently? I've sent an email too and there's no office to call into that I know of. Thanks.
