Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Photo in the Metro

    I just got a text from an friend of mine back in Dublin saying a photo of mine was published in the Metro today for a band called The Ambience Affair. I'm not sure if its a live shot or some promo shots I did for them. Being here in London I was wondering if anybody has a copy they'd be able to scan/take a photo of for me to have a look at. Thanks.

    Thanks, saw it there on page 15. It this photo I shot a while back up a mountain not far from Tallaghy. Pouring rain, cold, miserable and my D3 sh@t the bed temporarily on situ so I had to use a friends Nikon D40 for backup but they turned out fine. Lit with 2 SB-80's remotely fired.

    just out of interest - are you sending them an invoice ....or were the pics sent out by people you did the promo shoot for?

    EDIT : Quality of image in Metro was not that good compared to original....well done on getting printed !!

    I'm not sending an invoice. A friend of mine introduced me to these guys about 2 years ago to do some live shots and I wasn't keen but I was really glad I did. They were fantastic live. I enjoyed them so much I offered to something with them just for myself.

    I can't imagine the print quality in the metro was good.
