TV has no component Input

    So my HDPVR arrived today, I'm just trying to set it up there. I play on a 24" HD Monitor and it has no input for the component cables that go from the PVR to the TV. If I bought another PS3 component cable, would I be able to use that to go from my PVR to the TV, considering my TV has a HDMI input?

    Ah man, feel bad you can't start using it :(

    What do you mean buy another PS3 Component cable?

    I think you will need something like this to split the Component to HDMI, but it's not cheap

    Buy a better/bigger TV :p

    Ah wait ****e, I got confused. Im not outputing HDMI to the PVR, my bad.

    FUUUUUU. I just bought this monitor, i ain't upgrading yet!

    I'm gonna have to pick up one of those bad boys so.

    Seeing as I'd be going from the Component to HDMI? Component from the PVR to the HDMI input on the monitor?

    Its not! the one you posted is HDMI to Component and the one i did is Component to HDMI

    Stop tryna make me look bad :P
