    €600 p/m for a 1 bed apt in drumcondra.

Contract is up for renewal in april afair so I will probably see if there is any wiggle room for negotiation. However I think, given the rates elsewhere in D9, I'm happy to pay €600 p/m.

€775 for me for a top floor one bed in D8. Down from €970 at the beginning of last year.

I love my apartment (even though my landlord is a knob). I would buy it in a heartbeat if I could.

    €470 rent + c. €100 bills a month.

Live with the fella, 3bed house in Swords for €970. Not great price-wise but love the place, debating moving when the lease is up for somewhere cheaper.

Should i have to pay the same amount of rent as every1 in the house even tho im in the box room (VERY SMALL)?
rent is 250/month each, 4people including me!
it just seems a bit unfair that i have to dish out €62.50 every week for a tiny room! my other house mates (good friends) pay the same for much larger bedrooms!

It would be usual for people with bigger rooms to pay somewhat more and those with smaller rooms to pay less, somewhat in proportion to room size.

Have a look at this (which is strict, but you can relax it somewhat if you want): http://boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2054867603

€750 a month for a 2 bed place in D4. It's a bit crap, but I've definitely had friends in worse places. I'm paying €350 for a room on my own, and 2 other lads are paying €200 a piece to share the other room.
