zyxel router wont let me forward ports.

hi recently went back to eircom and have a zyxel router.my problem is that it wont let me forward ports for my xbox.ive checked firewall and its fine and when i check to see if port is open its says PING RESULT:WE WERE ABLE TO PING YOUR ROUTER...PORT CHECK RESULT:YOUR PORT IS NOT OPEN OR UNREACHABLE.....It has my heart…
