Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I want to download some programmes from iplayer and other stuff from YouTube and save them on a disk, I have tried this before and it took ages to convert and than burn it on a disk, the results were very poor. Has anyone done this successfully Is there a free good quality software that will convert these videos for me?

The free version of real player will download the youtube clips for you, dunno if twill work on iplayer

If it acts the player client as it implies, then it won't work with iPlayer, as they have SWF verification in use.

I found this thing called 'get iplayer' a few weeks back. It will download anything available on the iplayer. Best piece of software i found in ages
