Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    avg 2011 removing youtube downloader says its malware ihave had it years no problems any help with this i have contacted avg help no answer yet

    Uninstall and reinstall the application, but my advice would be to take the opportunity to install something else.

    There is always the possibility that the youtube downloader is malware!

    I just got rid of avg its not very good anymore now using microsofts free one very happy with it.

    thanks for all the help scanned with malwarebytes was safe added as an exception sorted

    I created a hello world program in c. AVG said it was a trojan and quarantined it. :(

    Help please!

    This sofware is causing me serious problems, and I can't uninstall it. I have follow AVG's instructions, per their website, and they don't work.

    This program has hijacked various functions of my computer- any ideas on how to get rid of it will be very welcome.

    I see some discussion online that it is malware, and my experience supports this!

    They refuse to answer queries, and appear uncontactable at their Dublin and UK addresses

    If their own removal utility doesn't work, try Appremover (run it in safe mode with admin privileges).

    You may have a virus pretending to be AVG. Is it blocking programs from running, requiring you to purchase a "subscription"? If so it is likely malware, can usually be sorted by running MBAM free in safe mode
