Price of airtightness test

    I'm being quoted 500e for two. One when the first fixing is finished and before the house is slabbed. And then an airtightness test once the house is slabbed.

    Is this the going rate or is anyone getting quoted lower prices?

    its there or there abouts for a one off. could probably get up to €100 off elsewhere, but its dependant on where you are, size of the building, tests reports given etc.

    sounds reasonable, tbh.

    I see €350 around here for 1, to include thermal imaging of the test.
