I have €100-€200 to spend on a smartphone and I think I have narrowed it down to two options.

    Here are my requirements:
What features are important to you in a phone -
    1. Able to connect to my home wireless network to browse interweb
    2. I would prefer a touchscreen
    3. Has to be vodafone Pre-pay I can't switch networks or upgrade to a bill phone
    4. A decent camera would be nice but not essential.
    5. FM radio would be nice but not essential.

The two phones I found are below
    Samsung Galaxy:
    Pro's
    -Capacitative touchscreen
    - cheap (€100)
    - Android 2.1 installed

    Con's
    - Poor samsung support
    - Bad camera

    HTC Tattoo:
    Pro's
    - Better camera
    - Nice look / UI

    Con's
    -Only android 1.6
    - €30 more expensive
    - Poor touchscreen responsiveness

I checked around for other phones around €160, eg. Sony's phones or BlackBerry Storm 9500(No wifi), but these two seem better. Was trying to get the Orange ZTE san Francisco but I want to get my new phone pretty soon. Should I be considering Samsung Tocco or Samsung Jet or LG Arena?
I am leaning towards the samsung europa, I think that's the best phone despite the poor camera or maybe stretching my budget for this PHONE
