Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Problem with backup

07-01-2011 4:50pm#1My laptop has been having booting problems so when I got it working today I decided to do a backup onto an external hard drive. I did this through the Back up in the Control panel.
Whan it was done I plugged the external hard drive into a different laptop and checked the contents.It just gives me a list of numbered zip files with no idea what is in any of them and alot of them won't even open for me......what have I done wrong.....?????
