It's just typical Irish begrudgery hating on someone for sticking their head out and doing something against the grain.

    Random haters!

I really dont understand why people come on to forums & if they dont get all thumbs up they get all bitchey about it & start labelling everyone all sorts.
Quit being a crying little bitch, fight your corner, stand up for what you beleive & justify what you are saying without moaning your not getting loves this, likes & high fives everywhere.

I gave you advice, which was i dont think it is liked by the majority of punters so i would avoid it (talking over the mic), you just didnt want to hear that so ignored or glanced over it.

But that context was given from someone who has a clear, stated dislike for commercial DJs who would play the kind of gigs that this guy is enquiring about.

So really it's useless advice and you should have just kept your mouth shut. Nothing else was going to come of your advice except starting a row about something COMPLETELY different.

There's arguing your corner and there's being a self-important twat who thinks that he should barge in with his unwanted opinion and make the topic about his beliefs and philosophies.

You just proved my point, because i didnt give you all high fives & love this's you say my input is invalid & not wanted, Mmmmmm seems a bit of a one sided way of wanting a thread to develop,

Only those that like whats being asked & will have a postive input need apply.

It's not me wanting a one-sided discussion. Just a RELEVANT discussion. It's the fact he's asking a specific question here that makes your opinion unwanted.

You're arguing that if a guy started a thread in the Soccer forum about the West Ham manager's position that you should be entitled to come in and start arguing that soccer is a silly sport where men just run after a ball and be taken seriously. Simply because you're "not being a bitch and fighting for what you believe."

They have a word for that. A twat.

see, this is why arguing with you is absolutely and utterly pointless. you have your head rammed up your hole so far you totally fail to see the point here.

he doesn't have to fight his corner or stand up for what he believes in or justify anything at all! he doesnt need to, because its a public forum and he has the right to post what he did. if he was a commercial jock and he came in looking for the advice that he was looking for and the name of the site was trancelovingdikheadsareus.com then yeah ,slate him and tell him to fuk off.

but its not, its called boards.ie and its a public service for all people.

your advice that you gave was about as useful as a piece of **** laying on the side of the road.

the OP posted a query and was looking for advice : what do you say on the mic, im looking for useful phrases and lines.

and then a bunch of people come in with : commercial djs are bollox, getting on the mic is bollox, we are better than you, your commercial tripe blah blah blah.

that wasn't help, that was a useless opinion. and that's where the tragedy is here and that's what needs to be sorted.

This thread is going nowhere. Too many hating haters hating hate. I'm off to play some Nietzsche music for beers. It's like niche music except we shout 'God is Dead!' into the mike and do dance moves that are beyond good and evil.

How bad does your life has to get when you spend so much time researching someone you dislike?

I know it might be commonplace on boards.ie. But it still begs the question. I'm kinda concerned that that pic is now your screensaver and you sit there just staring at it trying to think up insults.

It's getting rapey now dude. Stop.

see there you go again. he didn't want your high fives or you thumbs down. either bring something useful to the OP's query or fukoff with your useless tripe.

You're right, I'm just a victim of my own life. My landlord isn't happy with me paying rent in beers, but there's nothing else I can do, because that's what I get paid in. He says he's going to throw me out, and then all I'll be left with is my beers. My niche, niche beers.

No, you are just assuming because i picked you & chloroplast up on the way you have dragged the thread into a contest of whether or not this forum is run impartially that i am also having a go at the OP, these are all my posts before i began to try & dismiss your anaysis of how this is a one sided forum which actully began when you started going off topic with baz & Jeff about being promoters or some such irrellevance to the OP,

(note they are all in good jest & humour)
So i take you dont like scooter then:pac:
Yes, its usually spouted by some headcase in a dress with a funny hat asking us to beleive in sky fairys.:D

'Its nice to be important, but its more important to be nice'

    I'll go now.......

Again you have jumped the gun, i had no issue with the OP just followed into the discusssion which was instigated by yourself & leggo with Jeff & Baz,

So tell me, why is my advice not worth anything on the actual question which i answered in a civil manner?

Lads less of the person abuse please. You've been warned. If a cmod sees this he won't be happy. I'm to dam busy in work right now to clean threads, so edit the abuse asap. Boards rules, not mine - attack the post, not the poster bla bla bla, you know the score...

No fear frankie, when we take the country back with socialism we will take your landlord off his pedestal & give him a one bed flat to live in beside you.....he'll be glad of the beer then:D

It's hardly Newsnight style researching when all he has to do is click your signature.

the OP posted a query and was looking for advice : what do you say on the mic, im looking for useful phrases and lines.
To which he thanked the first jokey response. And then leggo got involved telling him to shout "wreck the gaff" over the microphone, to which electrogrimey got involved telling him that's retarded, then there was mention of niche DJs, then there was the defense of niche DJs, then there Peter Kay, then there was biscuits, then there twats, then there tampax............

and the fact that it wasn't till post number 25 till something relevant towards the OP's query got posted. fun and games aside of coarse, a few jokes and bit of humour to start off, yeah what harm, but at the end of it all , out of the 100+ posts that are here, only about 3 of them are relevant to the OP's query.

because A : your not a commercial jock

    and B : your a twat

Point A: Only commercial DJ's are wanted to answer.

Whats the point of a public forum?

Point B: If your opinion on the question is the opposite of what is required you will be insulted.

What was your oopinion on the question again?

So what % of your posts are helpful? Picking people up on punctuation and needlessly calling them a twat are hardly constructive.

Re: point A, yeah more or less, i mean a car mechanic, as much as he would have an "opinion" would be all he has that is relevent, hes hardly gonna give up-most valuable advice to a commercial jock about getting on the mic is he ?

Whats the point of a public forum? for people like joebits to post what he did without the hassle that he got.

RE: Point B, i said it earlier and i ll say it again, i fukin hate comercial tripe and don't have anything to do with it. but i wouldn't dedicate my life to dragging the thread down to a point where its just entertainment for a few regular posters here.

    .

So offering an opinion from the perspective of a punter is not valid?

I have been in many a venue with & without MC's & i would say that it is preffered if it is not done.
