I'm 254lb (18.1 stone) now (yes, I am a [very] big boy) but I was 285lb 6 months ago (which was über-morbidly obese). I wasn't trying terrible hard though. I want to lose about 50lb by July so I can be down to around 200lb. After that I want to be between 180lb and 185lb by Christmas 2011.

[I'm probably the fatest person on AH :P)

The ten year old weighing scale with rusty old springs, probably accurate to 50lbs, is telling me I weigh 13 Stone / 182lbs / 82.5Kg.

From the height thread, I'm 5' 9'' / 175cms

That gives me an unrecommended following BMI of 26.9, which is overweight.

Before I blame myself, I blame Christmas, the gym being too far, society, and tv.
