water and condensation???

hi not too sure if this is the right place but here goes any way. I have just moved to to a house that i beleve has bveen empty for at least 65 to 7 months. I have nnoticed that all the window and some of the double glazing is full of water like condensation like some one left the kettle boiling or something any ideas why…
