    I can't find out where you do this. Been charged for a few months now and not been using it, really pissed off.

    What do I do? Specific instructions please, not just "Ring Microsoft". Who do I ring and what do I ask for? What details do I need?

    call +353 12420758 or 1 800 509 186 and tell then you want to cancel. Simple as that.

    I'd imagine the info you would have used to sign up:

    Gamertag
    Name
    Address
    Email Address
    Number on credit card or Last 4 digits

    Yea i have no idea why the "automatic renewal" button is unclickable in our country, only that they want to make it so awkward so they can get your money
