Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I did a roll a while back - came out well :) Some results, and concept, at http://pix.ie/sineadw/album/395113 I got a loan of a camera that wound the entire roll through when you load it, so you're effectively shooting from the end of the roll through to the start. Meant I didn't have to worry about the framing being off, if you know what I mean. Then I just got a roll of 200 film and manually set the ISO to 400 so it would only half expose. The way we went about the project it worked perfectly :) The shots that worked best were ones with text on a black background, coupled with brighter shots, so there was contrast. They happened by accident with mine given the concept behind it, but you could keep track of shots and make interesting juxtapositions from there.

    Hope that helped.

not sure about the AE-1, but it can be tricky if you want to take a double exposure with some elements in the frame not moving; often, the way to stop the film advancing is to hold down the rewind release button, stopping the film spool from moving while cocking the shutter. but it can shift a bit.
