Condensation on garage felt

Hi folks I notice the (breathable) felt on the inside of my garage roof is dripping condensation - on the north side only...any ideas? Is it on account of the cold weather (although it didn't happen before Christmas - and why on 1 side of the garage only?) The garage has vents in the soffits so can't figure out the cause.…

Hi folks

The garage has vents in the soffits so can't figure out the cause.

Its starting to dampen the rafters so I'd be keen to sort it out if possible.
