Just wondering does anybody know where i could get some latchs for pvc wondows? I say latch but i dont know what the part is called, its the metal bit that holds the window closed, its screwed to the frame. A guy up the road from me died and his brother is trying to get the house sorted, problem is these metal parts have compleatly rusted away and there is nothing keeping the windows closed. He does not know which company installed the windows. Any help would be appreciated

There are many different types/sizes of locks, if you could unscrew the lock from the sash ( you'll have to unscrew and take off the handle first ), and bring both the handle and lock with you, will save you a few trips;)
