I have been considering shared ownership for some time as I am a single mother (28yrs) so feel its the best option for me. I earn approx 35,000 and am in a full-time permanent job. Also if I bought for example 60% of house and Co Co bought 40% would that mean that I only pay 60% of deposit to the Co Co? It would mean more savings available for furniture etc...
