    Can anyone tell me why ER changed their old, amazing club sandwich to the new, disgusting pile of crap club soft roll they have now. Old one was my favourite thing on the menu! Not exactly life and death but so annoying!

    They probably claim it is "new & improved", you should have told a manager, otherwise if nobody moans how will they know you don't like it.
