Timber for desk top

I've put together a frame for a desk using some box iron and now I'm looking to put a top on it to complete the job. Problem is I don't know where to get it - it needs to be 1500mm * 750mm & maybe 25mm/30mm thick. Anyone know where to go for something like this in or around Park West/Kildare town areas? It can be laminate…

you could try one of your local kitchen suppliers and see if they have any off cuts of 750mm wide worktop that would suit you.
