Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Faulty Sky+ Remote - Repair or Purchase Replacement

Hi Guys, My Sky+ remote was working away perfectly until this evening and then it packed up for no apparent reason. It is just a few weeks out of guarantee so I replaced the batteries to see if that worked - but no joy! Is there some place I can send it to to be repaired or does it make as much financial sense to purchase a new one?

At the moment, I can manually change channels and record on the Sky+ box but I can't access the planner to view or delete recorded programmes. Does anyone have any ideas about how I get around this until I have a working remote again. Cheers!

Take the batteries out for about 15 minutes, then pop them back in and see if it works. They have a habit of freezing and this seems to solve.

If that doesn't work, they're easy enough found in electrical retailers

For future reference, take out one battery; hold "1" button for 30 seconds; replace battery.
    Much quicker!
