    I wouldnt totally shoot down t nation-Its a great counter weight to all the high set high rep routines that are out there espec in the likes of mens health and also against the keep your abs while gaining muscle brigade.
    Since coming across it Ive gained aprox 14-20lbs(def not all muscle mind) Im lifting much heavier with much higher expectations of myself.
    Its also an advocate of starting strength so while it might have plenty of negative points there is knowledge to be gained from it

    Well there is some good stuff on T-Nation, then there's other stuff that'd be pretty much useless for someone who's not on steroids. Thing is, noobs are too uneducated to be able to distinguish hence me telling them to stay away.
