Ulcerative colitis blues

Just wondering does anyone feel a bit bummed out ( absolutely no pun intended!) when their colitis is active? What do you do to cheer yourself up? Personally, i need some advice here as after having my meds cut, i'm ill once again. Was thinking 2011 would mean a new start.
