Question about fees...

    I did a quick search and couldn't find anything on this so here goes.

    I'm doing a three semester MA in English and I got a letter today reminding me about fees for the new semester, which is all good.

    At the bottom of the letter there is a 'Note' section and the last point is;
    If you are submitting a thesis on or before the thesis submission deadline, your fee liability is for the first semester only.

    Could anyone confirm if this is true in my case or at all? UCD are hardly going to refund me two semesters for adhering to my thesis deadline, or are they?

    Advice would be great, thanks.

    I presume that is related to rolling over into the following academic year.
